Work Hard

We work hard!!, we work hard because it is the best option in order to achieve the best out put, we work hard and go extra miles because we can and we want to, we do it cause it's the only option where when the out put is not good enough, we'd know that we've done our most with what we had,

But when is enough is enough, when is giving your best not the best option? when going the extra mile will drag you down? Is there a time where we need to simply not do anything and lay back?
