I thought they have a directly proportional relation, if not an exponential one, but actually they are related, but I don't think with an equation, cause honesty doesn't just mean telling the truth, it is more of honest actions, honest feelings, even honest thoughts, you can not tell the truth, and still be honest.
Truth nowadays is lost due to many things, either it's misinformation, miscommunication, or misunderstanding, or unintentional distortions, but it ends up falsified.
So truth is important yes, but it's hard to be told and propagated, therefore the least you can do is be honest with yourself, and people around you.
