Stairs

Have you ever been walking up stairs? Jogging of running?
Doesn't the type of stairs make a difference? Steep steps, or narrow steps?
Where do you look, down your feet or up above your head?
Do you watch out for the people that you might be stepping on, or do you only have in mind that you need not to fall?

Well what I’ve noticed from the many stairs I’ve kept climbing, that moving up and down the stairs is pretty much similar to living life,
As long as there's up, there will be down,
You have to work hard at the beginning to rest on your way down.
While moving between the crowds, you need to watch your steps, not because you might stubble and fall, but also because you may step on someone who was sitting, or someone who's not moving with the same pace.
Along to looking at your feet, you also have to keep upper head up high, and be able to see when the steps are gonna end, and when you'll reach your destination.
When your moving down, careful that your hurry might make you slip, and take all the steps sliding, and you'll end up hurting yourself and maybe others.

So remember
it is an up and down process,
be ware where you place your feet,
and never lose sight of the end.
Some steps are easy, others are breath taking and heart burning.
But in the end you'll get there.

So welcome

Questioning Givens

Have you every been sympathising with a person who's talking to you, have you putting yourself in their shoes and trying to tell them what they should do in a particular situation that they have found themselves stuck in.

you take every information they tell you as a given and start thinking what would you do. you believe everything they say and so you start working on a solution.

Have you tried to back up a little, and to see what if the picture they are drawing is not completely true, and that the situations that they are describing is not totally the way they make you believe it is.

Would you question the givens of a hurting person? would you try to trace the truth even if it may seem to hurt them more?

During Sickness

Sometimes during sickness, we say that the pain has made us say things that we don’t usually say, only because we end up hurting those who care about us and all they were trying to do and wanted to do is to give a helping hand.

I don’t think the people who are offered the help are in anyway ungrateful, they are good people, that’s why there are people who want to be present and help them during their sickness.

But what is happening is, those who want to help are not helping in what we need help in. confused yet? Let me clarify:

You see a sick person, what you see is someone who needs to be healed.

I am THE sick person, what I need is to face my sickness and prove that I am stronger, healing it is not the first priority, my first priority is proving that during sickness I can function. And during sickness I can’t just try to be the best, but I can be the best I can, and see that even sickness can’t affect me negatively. This is how I will heal.

So if you understand this, then maybe you can help, by helping the not feeling so great person into beating their sickness. Coming out of it as strong as they can be, and not just needing time to regain their health after their sickness.

We Just Got Here

Sometimes we happen to just show up at a certain point of a situation where we say that this is how things are, we overlook the fact that we just got here and we just saw it, and that maybe this is not how things are usually, but it just happens that the final scene becomes the only scene and that you discard the changes that can come up in a blink of an eye. and so we end up judging something for what it is not and we hurt those who are in the situation  with or without their knowledge.

We should never forget to go back to the start cause that is where everything lies and where the key and solution to everything lies.
we can go around and look it up, get deep into research and then we have to go back to the beginning to pick up the things we lost and the notes that we overlooked. so it is all about basics and going back to where we start to align ourselves and decide where we are and where we've gone.

An End

The point of closure is realising that things have come to an end and accept that fact. People react differently toward the end:

Some prefer to be destruction and lose in this process everything they've worked for to reach this end.

Others may enter in denial and that this can't be the end and they refuse to accept the inevitable and therefore they miss out on the ending that they've been working hard for.

Another type is those who enjoy the ending and sometimes work even harder for it. Those people are the ones who realise that the end is a necessary part for a new and a fresh beginning.

"Beginnings are scar, endings are sad, but out's what in between that matters"

We Are Not Born Equal

People are different; they differ physically, physiologically and emotionally…etc.
Person A is NEVER like person B, even twins differ in between each others. But the difference doesn't stop to the person himself, but it also extends to their surroundings, for example, not everyone is born free, and not everyone is born to a luxurious life, with a famous mum or an inspiring dad.

And that's the point, life is not about equity and being fair, Life is about throwing the dice and it's your luck that may be on your side or may not.
So life offers you the circumstances and your attitude and your reactions towards them determines who you are and who you're gonna be.
And no matter how hard you try, you have to know that your not gonna reach what others have reached, cause then you're demeaning yourself and your value, you're not the others, and you are not built the same way they were. But at the same time you should be trying to be best of you, and only you should be able to decide if you're doing enough or should be doing more. Good Luck

Point of Weakness

sometimes we like to show off our strength and our power. That's awesome and how it should be; we should be known for our strength & power, so that people wouldn't underestimate us. But it's how we show our strength and when we show it determines how strong we really are. For example; exploiting someone's point of weakness to prove that you're powerful can only mean that you're power comes from the weakness of the others and i.e YOU ARE WEAK and you're also a bully.

One of your power's origins should be raising from your own points of weaknesses, Because everything in you is built in to make you stronger, even your "points of weaknesses"  they're just a tool and a pathway toward a more perfect version of you.
