Driving Below 90

I was in a taxi in a tunnel, and we were fast, but then there was that car that was driving slower than everyone, after 5 minutes we managed to pass by it, that situation reminded me when I used to drive and see that every single car was racing next to me, and then I notice the speed limit was less than I already was driving

So I asked myself, was I right to abide to the signs, or should I not care and move fast like everyone else, so that no one would say that my driving stinks!!!!

I weighted the 2 options in my head

1. Driving fast:

         a. I love the speed

         b. No one will curse at me 

2. Driving slow:

         a. Mum (who's always next to me) will be satisfied

         b. I’m not breaking the law (which is sth I like to do)

So after 2 seconds debating, I decided to drive by speed limit, only because I like to make my mum happy.

But the question remains, if doing the wrong thing is flowing with the stream, then would you do what's wrong or will you do the right no matter what you'll hear or see.
